These 100% natural cedar boards are made from trees from Canadian forests. Cedar wood is everywhere, but from North America and Canada comes absolutely the best quality with the typical sweet, woody Cedar smell.

Place the product to be smoked on the plank and place it on the grill in your BBQ. Direct heat is blocked, the delicious taste and smell of cedar wood penetrates into your dish. Are you using a metal BBQ? Soak the plank at least 30 minutes in water. This is not necessary for a ceramic BBQ. The best practice is definitely a salmon steak and smoking fish, but also think about a nice piece of meat or smoking vegetables!
