When you open the package, you immediately smell the full aromas of vanilla, orange, caramel and apricots. Delicious with vegetables and fish. Smoker chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Preferably use a smoker box or throw a handful (possibly soaked in liquid) of chips into the charcoal.
