Wood Chips Peach

Fruity, sweet tone and a nutty flavor. Does well with all types of meats. Delicious with mild flavors, both fish, poultry, beef and lamb. Chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Preferably use a smoker box or throw a handful (possibly soaked in liquid) of chips into the charcoal.
