When you open the package you immediately smell the full whisky scent! Distilled from fermented grain batter and aged in oak barrels for years, Whisky gives off a powerful flavor. Scraps are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Use a smoker box or toss a handful (possibly liquid-soaked) chips into the charcoal.
