Wood Chunks Pecan

Gives a nice mild taste. Less intense than hickory and mesquite, but slightly heavier compared to smokewood from fruit trees. Wood chunks are used for long-lasting smoke, perfect for slow cooking! Throw one or more dry chunks in the charcoal and let it smoke for a few hours.
