Wood chips apple

Light fruit scent, nutty, licorice and dried raisins. Also has light licorice extracts. Tasty with fish, chicken and pork. Chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Use a smoker box or throw a handful of chips (possibly soaked in liquid) into the charcoal.
