Wood chips beech

Great all-rounder with a light, spicy but neutral smoke flavour. Works great with all types of meat, gives fish a reddish to brown color. Chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Use a smoker box or throw a handful of chips (possibly soaked in liquid) into the charcoal.
