Wood chips cherry

Fruity, sweet tone with a light acidity. Works great with all types of meat. Delicious with soft flavours, for fish, poultry, beef and lamb. Chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Use a smoker box or throw a handful of chips (possibly soaked in liquid) into the charcoal.
