Wood chips oak

Spicy fragrance, highly flavoured, slightly sweet fragments of caramel. Combines well with virtually everything, perfect with beef. Also nice with pork. Chips are suitable for hot smoking in your charcoal or gas BBQ. Use a smoker box or throw a handful of chips (possibly soaked in liquid) into the charcoal.
