Light fruit scent, nutty, licorice and dried raisins. Also has light licorice extracts. Tasty with fish, chicken and pork. Wood chunks are used for long-lasting smoke, perfect for slow cooking! Throw one or more dry chunks in the charcoal and let it smoke for a few hours.
